This course will provide an overview of recent changes to the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA), and Act 29 of 2018 which re-enacted Act 10.

1.0 PA Substantive CLE
This course contains approximately 60 minutes of content, all of which is required for course completion.
Your certificate of completion will be issued automatically after all elements of the course have been viewed/completed. Credits will be reported to the CLE Board within 30 days of your completion of the course and your completion date will be reported as the day on which you actually finished the course.

Leslie L. Ridge, Esq. is a Deputy District Attorney in Washington County, where she is in charge of the Special Victims Investigative Unit, supervises the trial list attorneys, and is involved in the prosecution of Major Crimes.
M. Jacob Mihalov is an Assistant Public Defender in Washington County, where he is responsible for all manner of criminal cases from misdemeanors to homicides.
