CLE Credit:

1.0 PA Ethics CLE

This course contains approximately 60 minutes of content, all of which is required for course completion.

Your certificate of completion will be issued automatically after all elements of the course have been viewed/completed.  Credits will be reported to the CLE Board within 30 days of your completion of the course and your completion date will be reported as the day on which you actually finished the course.

The PA CLE board requires that online course providers verify your active participation in a course.  Axom does this by tracking the amount of time you spend on each element of the course and your total time in the course.  To receive CLE credit for this course, you must complete all elements and watch all videos in their entirety.  You will be asked to submit a verification at the end of the course stating that you did so.  The system will allow you to fast forward or rewind a video or mark a video complete without watching it in its entirety.  We have left these functions enabled so that you can use the course for reference material later or you can pick up where you left off if you are interrupted without having to start a video over from the beginning.  If we determine based on our system logs that you did not watch each video in full and/or you did not spend the required amount of time completing the course for credit, we reserve the right to refuse to report your credits with no refund of the course price, or to withhold the reporting of your credits until you have completed the course in full.

Minimum System Requirements:

An internet connection with a minimum speed of 768 kilobits per second is required.  At least 5MB/sec is recommended to stream video in full HD quality.  Please note that the video player may downgrade the quality of the video to accommodate lower connection speeds.
