2.0 PA Ethics CLEs
This course contains approximately 120 minutes of content, all of which is required for course completion.
Your certificate of completion will be issued automatically after all elements of the course have been viewed/completed. Credits will be reported to the CLE Board within 30 days of your completion of the course and your completion date will be reported as the day on which you actually finished the course.
Minimum System Requirements:
This course includes downloads of PDF documents (Portable Document Format) and streaming video. Viewing the documents will require Adobe Acrobat Reader or other PDF viewing software. Adobe Acrobat Reader is available for free from the Adobe website.
The video player will run on Mac OS, Windows and Linux as well as most mobile devices and tablets on any browser that supports Adobe Flash and/or HTML5. Supported browsers include Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer 9,10,11, and Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer 8 is not supported on Windows XP for security reasons, but is supported on Windows 7 or higher operating systems.
An internet connection with a minimum speed of 768 kilobits per second is required. At least 5MB/sec is recommended to stream video in full HD quality. Please note that the video player may downgrade the quality of the video to accommodate lower connection speeds.

She also defends other professional liability actions, employment discrimination claims and insurance defense claims in a variety of contexts, inclusive of a focus on the defense of Pennsylvania housing authorities. Bethann frequently lectures for the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association, and other organizations in the area of risk management, ethics and avoiding legal malpractice.
Jay Silberblatt, Esq. Jay N. Silberblatt is a 1977 cum laude graduate of Allegheny College where he received Departmental Honors in American Studies. He earned his law degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1980 where he served as a Senior Writer on the Law Review. Jay has served as Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Civil Litigation Section and as Chair of the Civil Litigation Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association. He was Zone 12 Governor of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and is a member of its House of Delegates, and is the Immediate Past-Chair of its Professional Liability Committee. Jay is a Fellow of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, a select group of the top trial lawyers in Allegheny County, where he has been active on its Professionalism Committee and has served as Chair of its Electronics for the Litigator Committee and its Website Committee. A third generation Pennsylvania lawyer, Jay has lectured on a variety of topics throughout the state and has authored numerous articles for legal periodicals. Jay routinely employs the latest methods in his case preparation techniques, always placing himself on the “cutting edge” of legal technology.
