1.0 PA Substantive CLE
This course contains approximately 60 minutes of content, all of which is required for course completion.
Your certificate of completion will be issued automatically after all elements of the course have been viewed/completed. Credits will be reported to the CLE Board within 30 days of your completion of the course and your completion date will be reported as the day on which you actually finished the course.

This course includes downloads of PDF documents (Portable Document Format) and streaming video. Viewing the documents will require Adobe Acrobat Reader or other PDF viewing software. Adobe Acrobat Reader is available for free from the Adobe website.
The video player will run on Mac OS, Windows and Linux as well as most mobile devices and tablets on any browser that supports Adobe Flash and/or HTML5. Supported browsers include Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer 9,10,11, and Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer 8 is not supported on Windows XP for security reasons, but is supported on Windows 7 or higher operating systems.

The Honorable Mary Jane Bowes was elected Judge of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania in 2001. She graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in 1976 and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law with a J.D. in 1979. Prior to being elected to the bench she served as corporate counsel for IT Corporation from 1998 to 2001 and maintained a private practice from 1986 to 1998.
The Honorable Judith Ference Olson was elected Judge of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania in 2009. She graduated from Saint Francis University with a B.A. in 1979 and the University of Duquesne University School of Law with a J.D. in 1982. Prior to being elected to the bench she served as a Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County from 2008-2009 and maintained a private practice from 1984 to 2008.
The Honorable Victor P. Stable was elected Judge of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania in 2013. He graduated from SUNY Stonybrook with a B.A. in 1979 and the Dickinson School of Law with a J.D. in 1982. Prior to being elected to the bench he was a Partner with the firm of Dilworth Paxson, LLP, where he practiced from 1987-2013.
